I came to Quest's Diploma in Cognitive Hypnotherapy via a strong recommendation.

The course is ambitious in content yet organised in a way to provide sufficient time between modules to read around the themes and practice what was presented. It is therefore critical to belong to a well bonded peer practice group throughout the training. Perhaps I would have welcomed more peer practice time during the weekends to integrate what had been presented, otherwise I was very happy with the course pace.

I thoroughly enjoyed the weekends, the course contents and the friendships I made. I found (most of) the material thought provoking enlightening, balanced and useful. I found the audio/visual material (DVD and CDs) particularly helpful. Trevor is a very able communicator and the delivery of the course material was excellent. On the whole, it exceeded my expectations.
