Great course Trevor... Wordweaving Online Certification

... I now CAN do Wordweaving!

I really enjoyed the course and just taking it all step by step again and doing the exercises gave me so much confidence to have a bash myself and now really enjoy writing my scripts for my clients - yes - clients! Who'd have thought, eh. And do you know what? I think it's really working, how exciting is that.

Many, many thanks and I wish I'd done in sooner.

Having studied Hypnotherapy for the past 15 years and qualified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist 2008 I have to admit that I was never entirely satisfied that the hypnotherapy I offered to my clients would work 100% for them. I think it was mainly because of the content in the scripts I used and the answers to the their "problem" were my answers and not theirs.
Thankfully having read Trevors books and the Wordweaving online course I am more than happy to continue my work with my future clients.
It is far easier for me for now to ask my clients for their answers to their problem, this would obviously increase my success rate also.
Thanks again Trevor...looking forward to Vol.3.

Kia Ora and Thank you, Trevor, for putting together such a wonderful online course.
When I was searching for a way to continue learning and improving my skills, and finding a way to do this while building up a business in a new country, renovating a home and enjoying a sort of 'solo mum' situation, my choices were pretty limited - at first. It was a wonderful synchronicity to come across the Wordweaving course.
I had done some distant studies before - and in some cases really missed the one-to-one study room quality - and in this case I found everything I needed:
Quality, Intensity and Trevor's assistance allow me to feel that I have obtained a great training. And I loved sensing Trevor's enthusiasm and dedication to make things work.

This is a well-crafted and thought-out course. Trevor Silvester manages to convey what can be difficult concepts with just the right touch of humour and always well.

The course materials of printable documents, books, video display and attached powerpoint presentation, give students everything needed to master wordweaving to the point where they can take it away and use it in the real world.

I have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone wanting to learn what is to me a truly elegant way of helping clients.

This is a course that I believe serves as a much better foundation for a hypnotherapy practice than more traditional training. Trevor integrates some very important concepts in a fundamental way that will not even be introduced in a more traditional training. He's taken much of the best of what has been created through the development of the discipline and then contributed his own innovations in a way that bring many concepts together and make them even better. I found his approach to teaching very user friendly and complete as well. The concepts are well explained, and there is a lot of opportunity to practice creating suggestions. Most importantly, the final exam, the most challenging part of the course, is invaluable, as it takes you through the entire interview and script creation process. If you can get through the exam, then you have just demonstrated to yourself that you can do it in real life, because you create a real script for a real client who was interviewed by Trevor.

What a brilliant idea!

The course is well thought-out and executed. The learning points are easy to grasp and are beautifully illustrated with explanations, background information and diagrams, making the whole experience of this fascinating concept extremely enjoyable.

The sequence of lessons leading me, the student, through the steps, pulling the different components together, allowed me to consolidate my learning as I went along. The tests at the end of each section confirmed that I was ready to move on to the next stage.

I have to confess, it gave my brain a bit of a work-out, this is advanced stuff. There was a lot to take in, but it was so well organised that bit by bit, at my own pace, I progressed. The great thing was that I could take my time and fit the modules in when it was convenient to me.

And in any case, as someone very famous once said, "It's not supposed to be easy, just possible!"

And it was!

I'd recommend this to anyone wanting to increase their understanding and ability to use advanced language patterns to influence positive change.

I'd like to say how pleased I am with the course and materials. I regularly go on courses through work (I'm a computer geek) which cost thousands of pounds and are completely (to put it bluntly) crap, inadequate and lacklustre. I was over the moon with the online bit and was pleasantly surprised when the books and card game turned up as I hadn't realised they were included This is obviously a work of passion for the Quest institute and it shines through in the course.

I'm getting to the end of the course but I feel I will be watching the presentations for some time to come till I truly feel I know this. This would have cost a fortune to employ you to spend this much time with and I would never have had the means or time for it. This course and your philosophy and teachings are pretty much exactly what I was looking for and have provided a much needed shortcut.

I was never really interested in becoming a therapist but you never know. I'm pretty sure I'm going to do the nlp and cognitive hypnotherapy course next now, anyway.

Hi Trevor, I found your course and support extremely helpful, really bringing the books to life. The practical aspect of writing your own script after careful and conscious consideration of what the client had said was down to earth and a great confidence boost. Previously, from NLP, I had thought unless these language patterns fell unconsciously from my lips, that somehow I wasn't making the most my training or that I had missed something. So thanks.

And what a fantastic idea to do it l via the internet. Haven't we come far? Us humans are pretty smart.

This is a terrific course that teaches the elements that make up Wordweaving, building knowledge incrementally. I liked the practical approach with a live therapy session used to demonstrate the various elements that are part of the Wordweaving method of formulating and delivering hypnotic suggestions. The course teaches about how suggestions can be aimed to ensure they are targeted for maximum effect as well as how to construct hypnotic language patterns, with lots of useful examples. I found the information on forming suggestion loops particularly valuable in saving preparation time while reinforcing the hypnotic effect.

The live seminar presentation made learning easier and I found it helpful to be able to pause, replay and bookmark the course so that it fitted in with the time I had available. It was also useful to be able to download and/or print off the slides and workbooks to use alongside the live material and then keep them for reference, along with the additional resource material supplied. The audio support material is another great way of embedding the learning further without actually having to sit in front of the PC.

Wordweaving is really exciting as it frees us all from the need to use generic material and enables us to create and deliver exactly what is most effective for each individual client. Initially new practitioners will probably prefer to write out their own Wordweaving 'scripts' for clients as a way of embedding learning further, but with time it becomes easier to spontaneously create very powerful, precisely targeted hypnotic suggestions.

I started Trevor's course this summer, and it is wonderful, everything I'd hoped for, and everything Trevor has said but - MORE! I love it so much I don't want to finish it, a bit like a good book you don't want to put down, but don't want to read too fast because it is so good you don't want it to end.

I have learned such a lot, it's the very subtle things that I have found the most important, the way to say just the right word at the right time.

I also like the way I can do the course in my own time, if I have a few minutes I can go over my notes from the last session, if I have an hour I can go on line, anytime, day, evenings and week ends, it's totally flexible.

The course is humorous and interesting, and not only would I recommend it, but I already have to several people.

As a result of reading Trevor's books and doing the Wordweaving course, one of the most important things for me is I have found that I am enjoying working with clients even more than ever before; I can be just that bit more flexible in my approach, and know it will benefit each client I see.
