The Wee Beastie

18th August, 2010 by Trevor Silvester

Trevor has been working with the Times columnist Katie Pearson. In this article, published on Tuesday the 18th August 2010, Katie talks about how Cognitive Hypnotherapy is helping her with cancer. Isn’t it a shame that doctor’s don’t go on to investigate these positive ‘abnormalities’?

Having read that article, I wish my mum had had the chance to meet you before she died of cancer – the time we spent together in those last few months would have been very different.

Thank you for touching people’s lives and making them make the most of what they have left. A true gift.

This is very inspiring Trevor, great work and thanks for sharing. It’s so great to see your not only a great trainer but you put what teach in to practice.

Lol, I love the new saying ‘BT’ before Trevor

What an inspiring story. I think there is a lot of people out there with a marker in their life seeing the difference between BT and after – and a lot more seeing the difference between now and before they experience Cognitive Hypnotherapy.

Such a positive and inspiring article to read. Katie writes about how Trevor and Cognitive Hypnotherapy is helping her. Her attitude has now changed so that she is making the most and squeezing every minute out of life however long that may be. What a wonderful endorsement of all that Trevor teaches and lives in practice.

I can’t agree more with Russell and Christopher. In fact, my life is so much better since I joined the Questie way that I’ve changed my initials to reflect it ๐Ÿ™‚

    Congratulations Trevor and thank you.

Trevor and Cognitive hypnotherapy have touched so many lives in this positive way, making what once seemed impossible … possible … making all clients, exceptional clients. Great to see it reaching the mainstream press.

Books by Trevor Silvester

Cognitive Hypnotherapy: What's that about and how can I use it? - Two simple questions for change
This book defines an exciting new approach to the field of therapy and counselling. Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a model that can be used to create a unique treatment plan for each client, using techniques drawn from any school of thought, integrated into a single model that uses the clients own mind to solve their own problems.

Wordweaving: The Science of Suggestion - A Comprehensive Guide to Creating Hypnotic Language
In this new approach to the use of hypnotic suggestion, we aim to free you from the constraints of scripts and enable you to use your creative skill to weave subtle spells that empower your clients by changing their model of reality.

The Question is the Answer: Focusing on Solutions with Cognitive Hypnotherapy (Wordweaving 2)
This book builds on the model introduced in Wordweaving, and shows you how to ask the questions that will provide you with the information you need to create hypnotic language patterns specifically for each client.

Lovebirds: How to Live with the One You Love
One of the biggest mistakes we make is to treat other people as if they are just like us. I've been helping couples improve their lives together for over 20 years, and one thing is clear to me: most couples don't flounder through lack of love, but through a lack of understanding. Lovebirds will teach you how to live with the one you love.
